Stephen Pindar shares an abundant life in New York and San Pedro de Macoris in the Dominican Republic with his wife, Lisa, and their children. 

Stephen Pindar is the President and CEO of
Family Prosperity International. 
FPI is a Christian based mission ministry
that affects humanitarian aid in 3rd World
Countries in the areas of health, education
and sports. 

Stephen works with inidividuals, groups, and
baseball organizations internationally through
VolunTourism projects in the Dominican
Republic.  Personalized short-term trips encourage
volunteering while providing a well-rounded cultural experience.  Young men and women learn about the baseball culture of the island and while making a difference in the lives of a community they select.

Steve Tremitiere is the Vice President of Business Development with AirClic, a mobile technology company.  He lives in Newtown, Pennsylvania with his wife, Stephanie, and their children.

A lifelong baseball fan, Steve has been very active in local baseball in Newtown as a Little League and travel coach for ten years.  He founded the Council Rock North High School Baseball Boosters Club, and served as President from 2005 to 2008.

Valentin shares an abundant life in Cenovi, Republica Dominicana with his wife Ana and their children. 

Attorney at Law and Assistant to
the UnderSecretary of Sports in
the Dominican Republic, Valentin
brings his expertise in Sports
Administration to strategic and
logistical discussions with MLB,
RBI and SEDEFIR in the
Dominican Republic.   
Along with his key role in
government, he puts his love for
baseball to work in his community
as their Sports Movement Advisor and travels internationally with Dominican Youth Premier Club Baseball Teams through La Liga Enrique Cruz as a baseball trainer and coach.

When Roberto's Kids needs to know where to focus their efforts Valentin's more than 20 years of experience in Sports Administration and organized baseball leaves nothing unanswered.  His outstanding athletic, civic, charitable, and humanitarian contributions ensures that program efforts are maximized across the country.

Courtney is the Light The Night Campaign Manager for the Georgia Chapter of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.  Originally from Connecticut, she lives in Atlanta, GA.

An avid sports fan, Courtney's professional focus has been in the sports industry and community and public relations with the New Britain Rock Cats (Twins Double A Affiliate), the Minnesota Timberwolves, the Minnesota Lynx and the New Jersey Nets.  While at the Rock Cats, Courtney began working with Roberto's Kids and developed the team's "Batter Up!" program that collected donations for children in areas surrounding the Twins Academy in the Dominican Republic. 

Courtney brings her program development knowledge and expertise to Roberto's Kids as a program coordinator assisting individuals, groups and organizations in getting their collection drives off the ground.

MIDWEST REGIONAL
PROGRAM COORDINATOR

Paul Scherrman is Vice President of
J. P. Scherrman, Inc., a family owned company
established in 1919 that sells construction
and agricultural equipment.

Paul has been involved with baseball his whole
life. He signed with the Washington Senators in
1971 and played in the Western Carolina and
Carolina Leagues before his release. After his
release he played semi pro baseball in eastern
Iowa and still manages the Farley Hawks, a
local team that plays a sixty game summer
schedule.

In 1988 Paul was cast as a baseball player in the movie Field of Dreams and spent 22 days on the set filming the movie. After the filming Paul was selected to be a member of The Field of Dreams Ghost Team. The Ghost Team and the Ghost Players traveled the world entertaing crowds with clinics, comedy and competitive baseball.

Elected to the Iowa House of Representatives in 1997 Paul served six years before his retirement in 2002.  Paul and his wife Eileen have four grown children and three grand children.

Paul brings his lifetime commitment to the game of baseball and his community service expertise to Roberto's Kids as a program coordinator assisting individuals, groups and organizations in getting their collection drives off the ground.
